Taste of Old Vegas Great Strip Location in Las Vegas

Vacationers or Business travelers - this home is in a great location
for either reason. It is with-in walking distance of the strip (less
than a mile) on your way stop by Luv-its and get a frozen custard on
a cone or in a cup. Head south on the strip and your first stop can
be the Statosphere where one can take a ride at the top of the
world. The trip can be as long or as short as you like and when you
are tried just cross the street and wait for "The Duece" (bus) which
will cost you a dollar and it will take you right back to Luv-Its for
another custard and a short walk back to the house.

The McCarran International Airport is less than five miles away and
The Las Vegas Convention Center for those Business Travelers in only
1.7 miles or less than a five minute drive.

House is located on a 1/4 acre corner lot and has a lot of privacy -
back yard has four fig- different varieties and a pear tree which if
the season is right you can enjoy all you can eat. Pool is located
on the side of the house with a large covered patio.

Inside there are two bedrooms with queen size beds and T.V. with Dish
Satellite connected. The third bedroom offers a desk with a
Wireless/High Speed Internet Connection and a pullout double size
sofa sleeper.
Kitchen has Cherry Wood Cabinets with granite counter tops and
stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. A
Vegas style game room has a full size "21" Table right out of a local
hotel so you can practice your game before hitting the Strip. What
else can be said this place has it all and than some.
