on Florida's west coast with easy access to cultural events and world 
class restaurants.  The 1400 sq.ft.2 bedroom 2 bath split plan condo 
is cleverly designed to take maximum advantage of the spectacular 
views from your private balconies.
There are so many things to appreciate: Sunsets on the gulf, private 
tennis court, the two heated pools, immaculate grounds, a clubhouse, 
covered parking and friendly residents.
Enjoy shopping at St. Armand's Key, theater in Sarasota, golfing, 
boating and fabulous restaurants easily reachable from this condo.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located on the 2nd floor, near the elevator and the laundry room. 
Covered reserved parking place.
The master bedroom offers a magnificent view of the Gulf and the two 
pools.  You'll appreciate the ultra-comfortable kingsize bed, walk-in 
closet, large cable TV, bath and private balcony.
 The Living room has an even larger private screened balcony 
reachable through a wall of sliding glass doors.  It is perfect for 
enjoying the sea breeze with your breakfast and to watch the sunset. 
 The second bedroom has two single beds, two closets, cable TV and a 
tiled bath.  The eat-in kitchen is fully equiped with pots,utensils 
microwave, toaster oven and separate entrance.  The dining room is 
adjacent. 

Activities and Attractions

There is so much to savor when you vacation here-- Swimming in either 
the Gulf of Mexico or in one of the two heated pools by the beach.  
You can meet others around the pool or for cards in clubhouse.  Or 
for more active pasttimes you may choose to play tennis, visit some 
of the nearby golf courses, or rent a boat just minutes away for 
fishing or sightseeing. The area's restaurants range from informal 
beach bars to truly elegant dining.  Visit Mote Marine, Van Weezel 
Performing Arts Center, Ringling Museum and enjoy an array of special 
events, art festivals and performances that fill the winter season.

Vacation Rental Rates

Take the time you need to relax on the beach and to unwind for the 
season.

High season January-April Includes sales tax of 10.5% for 2008
$5500 Per month with a one month minimum (per the Condo association) 
$5350/month with a two month stay.
$5200/month with a three month stay.

Security deposit of $1000 returned upon inspection
plus a nonrefundable $150 housekeeping deposit.
