This gorgeous summer home is situated on a quiet, beautiful neighborhood.  Beaches, public golf  
courses, shopping  or restaurants are all minutes away.  At 2100 square feet, this home features 3  
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen.  The master bedroom has its own shower room,  
walking closet, king bed and cable TV.  The two guest bedrooms located at the other end of the house  
have queen bed (futon), closets, cable TV and a second bathroom. 
 
The newly renovated kitchen offers a breathtaking water view.  At one end it opens to the dining  
room which sits 8 and to the other end, it opens into the living room which contains two huge sofas  
and an LCD Screen Cable TV. 
 
Outside you will find a magnificent pool with lounge chairs perfect for sunbathing.  Adjacent sits  
the gas BBQ with confortable sitting.  Steps away is a 50 foot dock with direct ocean access (5  
Minutes).  There is a fish table and light for the daily catch.

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island has the best of both worlds.  Tranquil for those who just want to relax, and perfect  
the activity seekers.  A broad assortment of adventure, discovery, dining, shopping, golfing, and  
entertainment is readily accessible. For the beach lovers, there are two public beaches (fee for  
parking) within minutes that may be reached bicycling.  White sandy beaches may be walked on for  
hours in search for the perfect shell.  For the more daring, you can rent kayaks or boats of any  
size for fishing, get a charter for deep sea fishing, go para-sailing or water-skiing or rent  
scooters  
and tour the entire island.  
Marco Island also features fine or casual dining in its many restaurants.  You may also enjoy lunch  
or your favorite drink while sunbathing from one of the casual restaurants conveniently located  
steps from the beach.
