Cable TV. There are upscale linens and towels in both bedrooms. The 
two-story townhouse design ensures that there is no one sleeping  
above you - to guarantee a quiet evening's rest.

courts with lights - free to use, lights too. Donated and maintained  
by Van der Meer Tennis Center. Just walk on over and turn them on!  
 
Golf Information: Golf Discounts, 25% to 79% off regular rates,  
offered at 24 Golf Courses in Hilton Head through Last Minute Tee  
Times by mentioning our Villa Rental Program. Sea Marsh and Ocean  
Courses in Sea Pines offers twilight specials all year long as does  
most of the other on-island golf courses; this usually results in a  
30 to 40% discount. Lastly, for the most one hour of fun you can  
have on Hilton Head for only $6 go to the Plantation Club in Sea  
Pines and grab a bag of balls. You can practice chipping on their  
chipping green, pick them up and putt them on the putting green and  
drive them away on the driving range. Takes about 1 hour and is a  
great way to practice. 
 
Restaurants: There are over 200 restaurants on Hilton Head. We visit  
and update our list often, and tend to know 'who is hot and who is  
not” and where our favorite local chefs are before the newspaper or  
magazine guides do. Amigos Cafe Y Cantina – Pet Friendly outside  
tables If you come to HHI, then you have to come to Amigos.  
Best “Killer Burritos” we have had anywhere. They make their own  
Chips daily with a fresh Salsa Bar! 11 - 9 daily. Inexpensive: our  
idea of good value. In same parking lot as Bi-Lo Supermarket. Make  
sure you go hungry. Bonefish Grill In our opinion, this chain of  
fish restaurants is the best in America. New to Hilton Head this  
year; go early as lines start to form after 6pm It’s Greek to Me–  
Pet Friendly outside tables Our favorite for a full course meal. No  
tourists at this restaurant; if you like Greek food, then this is  
the place. Save your appetite for the large portions at reasonable  
prices. A must for fans of Greek cuisine.  
 
On-site and nearby activities include biking, fishing, walking tours  
for wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golfing, tennis, shopping,  
swimming, snorkeling, diving, water skiing, Wave Runners, boating,  
surfing, and our favorite -- wildlife salt marsh exploration by  
kayak! Hilton Head Island Beach Regulations Animal Regulations:  
April 1, 2006 - May 30, 2006 - Animals must be on a leash between 10  
AM and 5 PM. May 30, 2006 until Monday of Labor Day weekend - NO  
animals allowed on the beach between 10 AM - 5 PM. Tuesday after  
Labor Day - September 30, 2006 - Animals must be on a leash from 10  
AM - 5 PM. October 1, 2006 - April 1, 2007 - No leashes required at  
any time. The animal IS required to be under positive voice control.  
On the beach or not, local law requires owners to clean up after  
their pets.
