This wonderful and huge loft is showered with brilliant sunlight through its enormous windows  
offering guests an  
amazing view of downtown Manhattan. An airy, elegant open kitchen space looks over an expansive  
living/dining area.  
There are three quiet and comfortable bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds and one with a king-sized  
bed.  The home  
has one full bath with tub/shower combination and one half bath with sink and toilet. 
 
Located in Soho/Nolita, one of the hottest and most exciting areas of Manhattan, it is a quick walk  
into the exciting  
neighborhoods of Greenwich Village, Noho, Chinatown, Lower East Side, Tribeca, Financial District and  
Little Italy. The  
area is filled with  
hundreds of trendy bars, restaurants, shops, and art galleries, with only a short walk to the nearest  
subway station. 
  
A previous guest recently emailed us the following: "This was really an absolutely fantastic  
loft!!  We enjoyed very much our visit to NYC and can't wait to come again!" 
 
For check-in time of 9:00 PM or later, there is a $100.00 additional charge. 
There is an charge of $75.00 per night for each additional guest for a maximum of 2 additional.
