kitchen with everything needed for in home dining. Top grade new  
beds & linens in all 4 bedrooms. Private patio with DCS stainless  
gas grill BBQ w/side burners and a 6 seat dining set with large  
cushioned chairs for meals outside. Flat screen/PC/wifi/fax &  
printer available with broadband Internet. Cable TV is connected to  
all flat screen TVs or choose from a large selection of videos. This  
neighborhood is recognized as a quiet and extremely safe location  
for families, yet within a short bike ride to the Main Street  
restaurants and entertainment. It provides the best that Huntington  
Beach 'Surf City' has to offer!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This home has every amenity possible.  Washer/Dryer, water filter,  
water softener and outside hose for rinsing off after a day at the  
beach.  Personal items are included; hair dryer, iron/ironing board  
and alarm clocks, etc.  The neighborhood has large greenbelts for  
playing ball, a  basketball court, volleyball and children's  
playground.

world.  Our nine miles of pristine shoreline with deep, sandy  
beaches and great views entice millions of visitors.  Huntington

top ten America's safest cities. Huntington Beach is centrally  
located to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Hollywood, Seaworld and  
the San Diego Zoo.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 24 - Sept. 30....$2,650/week 
Oct. 1 - May 23......$1,950/week 
July 4th week........$3,450/week 
Christmas/New Years..$2,650/week 
$200 Cleaning Fee - $1,000 credit card deposit 
50% of rental rate due upon booking/remaining 50% due 30 days prior  
to arrival date.  *Rates are subject to change without notice 
10 AM check-in and 3 PM check-out time 
Deposits are refunded up to 30 days prior to reservation date.
