Vacation Rental Description

**We have twenty-two apartments and homes in the St. Augustine  
area.  Inquire for more info and pictures!** 
  
Stunning unit (we affectionately call this apartment "Calypso  
Breeze" on our website) and we recently gave it a nice upgrade!   
Please enjoy our 50" widescreen HDTV I just put in  
there!! Spectacular view from 4th (Top) Floor balcony.  Master  
Bedroom has jacuzzi tub with queen bed. Second bedroom has a double  
and a twin bed.  Third bedroom is designed for kids with two six  
foot twin beds and a small closet - our "little squabbies room" we  
call it ^_^.  The Key West style living area is sumptously decorated  
with a sleeping sofa for extra guests. Some of St Augustines best  
artists are represented in beautiful numbered prints. Free high- 
speed wireless internet and unlimited local/national/state calling  
round out our amenities!

Vacation Rental Amenities

One of the most upscale gated communities on the island has almost  
everything you could need plus centralized location to all the area  
attractions.  The 85 foot long oval pool is perfect for early  
morning lap swimmers and the hot tub is just right for evening  
relaxation. A kiddie pool and indoor pool provides something for  
everyone.  Tennis courts and a fitness center are available for the  
active life style. So bring your bathing suit and enjoy the best  
part of Anastasia Island and the widest, best beach on the Atlantic  
coast.

Activities and Attractions

You are only 5 minutes from the most historic city in the nation.  
Shops and guide services abound for sport and surf fishing, sailing,  
windsurfing, parasailing, surfing, and so much more.  The World Golf  
Village and Golf Museum as well as championship golf courses cater  
to the links enthusiasts.  Gourmet restaurants, antique shops,  
outlet mall and the ambience of downtown historic St George Street  
call out to almost every interest.

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 winter rate: $1200; 2008 High Season: $1350-$1700. We accept  
checks, money orders, and Visa/Mastercard. Holiday and special  
events rates are subject to change. Rates for the 2008 summer season  
(ranging from mid-March to the end of September) are $1350 to $1700,  
depending on traffic. Please inquire for a more detailed rates  
schedule--we have every week of the year broken out with the precise
