Vacation Rental Description

This Wentworth Resort Townhouse is located in the heart of Jackson 
Village and sits on the Wentworth Golf Course with spectacular 
mountain views. This three level unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 full 
bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and will sleep 6-8 adults/children very comfortably.
The main level includes a large living room with a fireplace and a
46 inch HDTVw/Sony BluRay DVD,VCR and HD cable box with DVR. Off the living
room is a dining area for six and an entertainment center with a 
stereo receiver and CD player. A deck that overlooks the golf course 
with deck furniture and a Weber gas grill is also off the living 
room. The main level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a 
dishwasher,disposal,microwave oven,toaster oven,coffee 
maker,utensils,etc.
There is also a formal dining room on the main level that is just off
the kitchen. The dining room table will seat at least six adults
comfortably. The half bath is on the main level.

The upper level consists of the master bedroom overlooking the golf 
course and the mountains and a large private bathroom with a 
whirlpool jet tub and a separate shower.The master bedroom has a 27 
inch TV w/VCR and cable. There is also a loft on the upper level 
that includes a day bed.  

The lower level consists of 2 bedrooms, a family room with a 27 inch 
TV w/VCR and cable and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size 
bed and the other has two single beds. There is also a pullout couch
on the lower level. A washing machine and dryer are also located on 
the lower level.

This unit also has central air conditioning and plenty of closet 
space. 
No Smoking and No Pets,please. 

There are two parking spaces directly in front of the townhouse.

Vacation Rental Rates

 
Jan.1,08-Dec.31,08. 

2 night minimum rental, 3rd night $200.

Sun.-Thurs. $275 per night or 5 nights(Sun.-Thurs.) for $1300
Fri.-Sat. $325 per night.
1 week rental- 7 nights- $1,700.

Holiday week rental- 7 nights- $1,950.
Holiday weekend rental- 3 night minimum- $950.
Monthly rentals available- $5,500.


$200 Security Deposit required for weekly rentals,$100 Security 
Deposit required for weekend rentals. Deposit returned after unit 
inspection
and return of the unit keys to the owner.

Check in time 3pm.Check out time 11am.

Payment Policy:
If booking 30 days or less prior to arrival- Full balance required.
If booking 31 days or more prior to arrival- 1/2 balance required to
secure reservation,with remaining balance required 30 days prior to 
arrival. All payments in check or money order.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund if cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival.
Full refund less $150 if cancellation notice is less than 10 days 
prior to arrival. 

All linens and towels will be provided for the number of guests 
agreed upon. Unit will be inspected and professionally cleaned upon
your departure.
