"Let's choose somewhere special to stay this time!"  This is what I 
hear from my wife and children.  If you are looking for above 
average accomodations that are clean, new, inviting and seated in a 
gorgeous area then you need to consider this property.         

Ventana Canyon in the Catalina Foothills ground floor condominium.
Reach out and touch the mountains.  This 3 bedroom / 2 bath split 
plan condo is nestled right at the base of Ventana Canyon in Tucson, 
Arizona.  It is directly next door to the world famous Loews Ventana 
Canyon Resort and Spa.  All the furnishings are brand new and you 
will have access to the 2 heated pools, spas, lighted tennis courts 
and exercise facilities.  Enjoy your paper and coffee at the mexican 
talavera tiled table on your privacy screened porch.  Sit down with 
friends for dinner or a card game at the 60 inch round mesquite 
table and 6 chairs in the dining area or relax on the rustic saddle 
sofa and love seat for a great movie.  The master bedroom has a 
luxurious king size bed and private bathroom, generous walk in 
closet and a TV/DVD.  The second bedroom at the opposite end of the 
home has a great queen size bed, private closet and bathroom 
adjacent.  The third bedroom is perfect for overnight guests or 
grandkids with two twin beds.  The kitchen is fully stocked with 
everything from a crock pot to a tea kettle.  All linens, cookware 
and utilities are included in the rental fees.  This is a hikers 
paradise as you have private trail access to Ventana Canyon and you 
are 5 minutes to Sabino Canyon.  We have stocked you with fanny 
packs, binoculars, 2 way radios and trail maps.  This home is a cut 
above the rest...stay for a week or a few months you will not be 
disappointed.  We even stock fresh decaf/caf coffees, trailmix, 
microwave popcorn, dish and laundry detergents and more.  We are not 
property managers and want your stay to be special not a generic 
visit to a run down investment property.  No keys are mailed as you 
will have your personal secure entry code for the lock box.  Simply 
let yourself into the property upon your arrival!

games, 2 adult and 2 youth tennis racquets with tennis balls, 
binoculars, 2 way radios (5 mile range), fanny packs, small 
outdoor locking storage area, king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, 
alarm clocks, phone with digital answering machine.

5 minutes to Sabino Canyon entrance.  Ventana Canyon out your front 
door.  5 minutes to nearest Grocery, pharmacy and restaurants.  15 
minutes to La Encantada upscale shopping center, Flemings 
Steakhouse, Anthony's in the Foothills, Crate and Barrel etc.
30 minutes to Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum, Arizona Wildlife Museum 
and downtown Tucson.  20 minutes to Catalina Hwy for a day trip to 
Mt Lemmon or world famous bird watching at Agua Caliente Park.
Golf right next door - 36 holes at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, 20 
minutes to Arizona National Golf Course ( U of A home course) or 
many great public courses.  Miles of walking paths and hiking trails.
