community that provides direct access by boat or car to Charlotte
Harbor and the Gulf Coast Islands.  A good range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are close by.

The floodlit heated screened pool faces South and there is a covered
lanai with sliders to the King bedroom suite with en-suite shower room, living room and dining/family room. There is a Queen bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with twin beds and adjoining ½
bathroom. The luxury fully fitted kitchen is open plan to the
dining/family room. The living room and dining/family room each have
a TV, DVD and music systems. A telephone is available for free local
calls and there is also a wireless Broadband/DSL connection. There
is dual zoned air conditioning and heating.

Hire a boat, moor it at the private dock and explore Charlotte Harbor
and the Gulf Coast Islands and fish, watch dolphins or visit a
deserted beach perhaps. Golf, tennis and health club as well as
restaurants, Fishermen's Village and a good range of shops are
within a short drive or cycle ride.

Very suitable for boating. You can hire a boat and moor it at our
private dock on the canal at the rear of the property. Access to
Charlotte Harbor is about 10 minutes. It is then possible to laze on
a beach, fish or explore the Gulf Islands.

There are about 10 golf courses within a half hours drive as well as
a tennis and health club in Punta Gorda with excellent facilities.
There is a good selection of restaurants and shops nearby including
the famous Fishermen's Village.
