Vacation Rental Description

Come and enjoy our beautiful vacation condo nestled at the base of 
the Catalina Foothills.  It is located at the prime intersection of 
Swan & Sunrise in prestigious North Tucson - where you are walking 
distance from shopping and restaurants.  

Our spacious 1115 sq. foot two bedroom / two bathroom condo is newly 
furnished and decorated.  It is located on the ground floor in the 
gated upscale condo community of Dakotah Hills.

The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, 20” TV with DVD player, 
huge private bath and two spacious closets.  You also have access to 
the quiet/private patio where you can enjoy reading your favorite 
book or drinking your morning coffee.  The second bedroom has a 
queen bed as well with an adjacent full bath.  Blow dryer and all 
linens and towels are supplied.

In the great room there is a 27” TV and DVD player where you can 
watch your favorite movies.  You also have access to the private 
patio from the great room.

The fully furnished kitchen has everything you could possibly need 
to cook all of your favorite meals you enjoy at home.

Our condo is ideally located near the heated community pool and one 
of the 3 spas. The views from the pool area are breathtaking!  

Smoking permitted on the patio only. Sorry, no pets. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit includes refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, 
disposal, microwave, toaster, blender, stackable washer/dryer, A/C, 
heat, one reserved covered parking space, linens, towels, 
electric and water included in price.

Long distance calls additional charge.

Activities and Attractions

Minutes away from watching Spring Training games for the 
2005 World Series Chicago White Sox, Arizona Diamond Backs and 
Colorado Rockies.  Hike the Catalina Mountains, enjoy the scenic 
drive up to Mt. Lemon, tour Sabino Canyon, visit the Sonora Desert 
Museum and experience the history of the old west at Old Tucson. 

We are also a short drive away from Casino Del Sol, Casino of the Sun, 
and Desert Diamond Casinos.

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Season (December - March).......$2,500 per month
Spring Season (April & May)............$2,200 per month
Summer Season (June - August)..........$1,500 per month
Fall Season   (September - November)...$2,000 per month


Security deposit required, amount varies depending on length of stay.

Extended stays (3 months or more) rates are negotiable.

This condo has a $175.00 cleaning charge so all of our special 
guests arrive to a well kept neat property.
