Ocean City Gardens - Close to Beach in Ocean City

This is a pet friendly and smoking permitted unit located in the low
density and parking friendly Gardens neighborhood. Located halfway
between Battersea and Gull on Ocean Road (Not Ocean Avenue) we are
three blocks to the
Boardwalk and essentially one block to the beach where the sand is
piled high and there is plenty of room for your beach umbrella. Our
beach is lifeguard protected.

After a day at the beach there is plenty to do at night starting
with
resturants in Ocean City and across the bay in Somers Point. While
the average tourist waits in lines for dinner, we have the best kept
secrets for great food at reasonable prices without long waits. If
top artist live shows or casino gambling is a plus then Atlantic
City is the place to go. The nearby "Longport Bridge", the short-cut
bridge most of the city does not use, gets you there fast with the
first casino, the Hiltom, just 20 minutes away. Clubs with
hot but little known bands are found throughout the area.

Your second floor condo is not that typically shabby summer place
you
find throughout Ocean City's high density rental districts. It is
meant to be your home away from home with tasteful decorations,
King,
Queen, Bunk, Queen Sofa beds with great matresses, brand-new eat-in
kitchen with glass top stove, refurbished Art-Deco bathroom, cable
color TV/VCR/DVD in the living room, TV/VCR in bedroom, Air
conditioning, large washer/dryer, and an electrically operated
awning
over the large balcony. 4 beach tags included.

It is the Boardwalk! Resturants, miniature golf, amusement parks,
shopping, cinimas, bike riding in the mornings and miles of board to
walk or run.
It is the Bay! Fishing boats, waterskiing, parasailing, jet skiing,
sailing, crabbing.
It is the City! More shopping, more resturants, tennis shuffleboard,
library, kids play parks.
It is the Beach! Swimming, surfing, sunbathing.
