This PET FRIENDLY 3 bedroom, full bath second floor condo is located in the heart of the Garden District of Ocean City. Known for its less crowded streets and low density housing, the Garden District has its own private beach, making sure you have lots of space to enjoy the sand and ocean during your days at the beach. We are only a few blocks from the famed Ocean City Boardwalk and a short stroll to the Morningside Beach, known for its beautiful sunrises. Our beach is lifeguard protected.
Your vacation rental is equipped with all the comforts you would expect at home. It boasts a spacious family room equipped with new living room furniture, a 42” plasma television and cable with DVD player. WIFI service is also provided.
The living area opens onto a private balcony where you and your family can savor the salty ocean breeze daily. The balcony is equipped with a large picnic table which seats six, an outdoor grill and lounge chairs for sunning. If the sun gets too hot, utilize the electric awning to keep your family in the shade.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. And it wouldn't be a Jersey Shore kitchen with the blender for those frozen treats on a hot day! A full size washer and dryer are also provided. The master bedroom in your beach condo holds a king size plush top bed with its own television, cable and DVD player. The second bedroom also has a king size plush top bed. The third bedroom, usually reserved for the kids, has a bunk bed with twin size mattress on top and a full size mattress on the bottom.
The full bath includes a tub, shower, vanity, storage cabinet and toilet.
A complete Towel and Linen Package can be reserved for an additional fee and includes Beach Towels. Beach Tags, beach chairs and an umbrella are provided at no charge for your convenience.

Ocean City, NJ specializes in making a true family vacation possible.  After the sun sets, the fun doesn’t end as night time on the Boardwalk is a bustle. There are family friendly free events almost every night! The island is filled with affordable restaurants. If you’re looking for more adult entertainment, live shows, or casino gambling - then Atlantic City is the place to go. The nearby 'Longport Bridge,' our short-cut just blocks from your vacation home, gets you off of the island without the congestion and whisks you easily to the Atlantic City with the first casino, the Atlantic Club, less than 20 minutes away. Ocean City is a DRY town catering to families. The liquor stores of the surrounding shore towns conveniently deliver to the island.

High Season: May 1st to September 30th.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday ONLY. 3 p.m. check in/ 11 a.m. check out

Minimum seven night stay is required - except on Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.

Security deposit of $250 required. Additional Pet Deposit of $100 is required.

All deposits are fully refunded at termination of rental lease. PDP Insurance is recommended.

Optional Towel and Linen Package - $100.

Low Season: October 1st to April 30th.

Weekends $300 - Friday check in to Sunday check out  - All week Saturday to Saturday - $600

Monthly Rentals $1100plus utilities - Starts Oct 1st through April 30th.
