Your vacation home - away - from home features a reverse floor plan
with 2 ocean-side decks and comfortable furnishings. Many books,
games, puzzles, and videos, game room & ping pong are there for your
family's enjoyment. And for added convenience there is an enclosed
carport and ground level entrance. And, free high-speed wireless
Internet access.

The top floor has the great room with fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo,
dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outside deck with hot tub, and
master bedroom with queen size bed and private connecting full
bathroom with Jacuzzi.

The middle floor has 3 bedrooms ---- including 1 with a single and
pyramid beds, 1 with twin beds and a connecting full bathroom, and a
large master bedroom with queen size bed along with an outside full
deck and adjoining full private bathroom. The washer and dryer are
located on the middle level, as well as another entrance to the
outside full deck and steps to the outside ground floor level.

The ground floor level has a full rec room with TV/VCR/DVD and ping
pong table ---- along with full side Futon and game table. Also,
there is a carport and protected access to the rec room. A
large outdoor shower as well as a covered patio and picnic table are
also waiting for you. A BBQ grill is available next to the
sheltered patio. This area is well lighted. Parking will accommodate
3 SUVs.

"Sea Dream" is tastefully decorated and appointed with numerous
pictures, artifacts, etc. to make your stay even more relaxing and
enjoyable on the Outer Banks. You will have a partial view of the
ocean and you will hear the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.
