This beautifully maintained home is situated on Silver Lake with 80 feet of private frontage that is uniqely set in a cove. This provides both water access at your door, as well as noise reduction from being on the main lake itself. This vacation home accommodates 12-13 people very comfortably, has 2 bathrooms, fireplace, large picture windows, 52" plasma TV with a Bose surround sound stereo system, a lounge with a pool table, 35 foot deck that overlooks the water with a gas grill, has a dock (that you can actually jump off of into the water for swimming).  A pontoon boat and two jetskis are onsite with gas and available to rent as well.  Afterall, how can you really appreciate the water if you're not on it.  

A bonus space also available for reunions and receptions.....a very nice yard (40X50) off of the beach, and yard games are included!

If you are looking for large accommodations, please consider renting a second home (right next door) to add additional sleeping space for 12 more people.  A great combination for 24 people!

Interior:

The most important summer amenity is air conditioning to make your stay as pleasurable as possible!  This home has cable TV's (including a 52" plasma TV), a VCR and DVD player, Bose surround sound, video games, and wireless internet. The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking utensils, including a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and island with bar stools. A seperate dining room surrounded by windows and views of the water. Upper and lower decks with patio furniture and a gas grill for outdoor entertaining. All linens are included, and a full size washer and dryer to use for your convenience.

The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms; the master has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a full size bed, the third bedroom has a set of full size bunk beds (all on the main level). The lower level has another bedroom with a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds, and there's also a pull out twin in the family room.

The lower level of the home has a walk out to the beach and patio. The room features a lounge with a pool table, cable TV mounted from the ceiling, a bar table, seperate refridgerator that is set up to house a keg of beer, as comes with a fun atmosphere!

Exterior:

A wrap around beach...can you imagine?!  A large deck off of the dining room with a nice gas grill and deck furniture, PLUS an additional patio area set up outside the lower level lounge.  A huge yard with a firepit and all of the yard games that you could need.  A nice dock to house your boat, or take advantage of our concierge service and have boats there when you check in!

The location for this home is spectacular! It sits only 4 miles to downtown Traverse City, 5 miles from Chums Corners, and 6 miles to Frog Pond (in Interlochen) for those of you who are attending a wedding reception.

This area hosts many activities such as the Cherry Festival, art shows and
galleries, wine tours and tasting, Sleeping Bear Dunes, parasailing, catamaran cruises, sailing charters, and all possible watercraft rentals, hiking, biking, Interlochen Arts Academy, casino's, fabulous dining on the water, and many unique shops to explore!
