vacation rental description

Cozy ocean front home located in Lincoln City.
Located just a few doors up from the "D" River. Short walk to beach access at
the "D" River Wayside (no stairs)!! Watch the kites from the patio.
Master bedroom is ocean front with queen bed. Has it's own sink &
vanity right in the room and a TV. Second bedroom also has queen bed and 15"
flat screen on wall. Bathroom has shower/tub combo.
Kitchen has all new appliances and granite counters. Eat at the bar
and watch the sunset over the ocean.
Large living room has vaulted ceiling and beutiful ocean views from
the picture windows. French doors open to the patio. TV with
VCR/DVD. Also expanded cable TV. Cozy gas fireplace!

My wife & I really enjoyed our weekend at your house. It has the most amazing ocean front views! We spent most of the weekend relaxing in front of the fireplace just watching the waves. Great location too! We walked to Kylo's Restaurant for dinner Saturday night & got breakfast from the coffee shop across the street!

Recommended for: families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Pictures are deceiving

The pictures are a tad deceiving on this house. There is a drop-off outside the "deck", so the access to the beach is down about 1/2 block. The patio "furniture" had to be cleaned before we used it. There were cobwebs everywhere when we got there, so spent the first night cleaning. I could not let my 1 year-old out on the "deck" because it was unsafe. The best part was the view, which was fantastic and the kitchen was adequate. For the price it was fine, but I was very disappointed when we arrived. Overall we had a good time, but it was more the family and the outings than the house.

Recommended for: families with teenagers, sight seeing, tourists without a car
