Vacation Rental Description

This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath rental.  All living space is on 1st 
floor.

Located about 2 blocks from a life-guarded beach and 3 blocks to 
shopping area.  Our home is located on a street with a bicycle lane 
and sidewalks & just minutes from golfing and Atlantic City.

The yard is extremely comfortable and spacious.  There is a patio 
with a gas grill and patio furniture.  A backyard playhouse with a 
swing and slide is great for the kids.  The large, partially-fenced 
back yard is perfect for relaxation or play.

Inside, guests will enjoy all the comforts of home.  There is a 
newly renovated, eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, a large 
screened-in sun room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths.

No pets allowed.  No smoking inside the home.  

This is a "house-keeping unit."  Tenant is expected to clean the 
unit before checking out.  Linens, towels, etc. are not provided, 
but linen service is available at renter's expense.

It is available for rental year-round.  This is a vacation rental 
only.  Long-term leases are not available.  Upstairs is sometimes 
occupied by owner.  Owner has separate entrance.
