This is not a party location. We will not rent to Spring-Breakers or Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties.  It is a quiet family vacation
home. There are many year-round residents in the area.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath rental. All living space is on
1st floor.
Located about 2-3 blocks from a life-guarded beach and 3 blocks to
shopping area. Our home is located on a street with a bicycle lane
and sidewalks & just minutes from golfing and Atlantic City.
The yard is extremely comfortable and spacious. There is a patio
with a gas grill and patio furniture. A backyard playhouse with a
swing and slide is great for the kids. The large, partially-fenced
back yard is perfect for relaxation or play.
Inside, guests will enjoy all the comforts of home. There is a
recently renovated, eat-in kitchen, comfortable living room, a large
screened-in sun room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths.
No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home.
This is a "house-keeping unit." Tenant is expected to clean the
unit before checking out. Linens, towels, etc. are not provided.
It is available for rental year-round, but would consider monthly winter rentals.
Upstairs is sometimes
occupied by owner. Owner has separate entrance.

We rent Sunday - Sunday. We will rent nightly/weekends in the off-
season!! Book before March 31st and Save $100 off summer rentals!
2012 Rates:

• October - May - $700-$1200/wk -- $300-150/night
  (Excludes Holidays)
• June  - $600-$1200/wk -- $300-150/night
• July - August- $1300/wk
• September - $700-$1000/wk

Stay for more than 1 week and/or book early and save!

Security Deposit of $150 is due at time of rental and is returned if
property is clean and free from damage at the end of the rental
period.

Payment Accepted: Personal check for deposit. Paypal(+4% fees in US), money order, cashier's check for final payment. All rentals must be paid in full no less than 30 days prior to rental.  Last minute rentals also available on a case-by-case basis., but must pay with paypal/certified check/money order.
