consists of a large heated swimming pool, separate toddlers' pool 
and a whirlpool spa. Ample sun loungers and a large deck area with 
shaded tables and chairs make it a perfect spot for a day of 
sunbathing! 

The 7500 square-foot clubhouse contains a convenience store/sundry 
shop, comfortable lounge area, fully equipped gymnasium, game room, 
and a 58-seat cinema. 

Other resort amenities include a pool/billiards room, a children's 
play area, two tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, a half-court 
basketball area, 24-hour manned gated entrance, shuttle service to

Summer Special: Book any summer week by July 14th and take $50 off!
Feb/Mar/April:  $675 Weekly plus tax.
May: $575 Weekly plus tax.
Jun/Jul/Aug:  $650 Weekly plus tax.
Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan: $525 Weekly plus tax.(excluding 
holidays)
Thanksgiving: $675 Weekly plus tax.
Christmas/New Year's: $725 Weekly plus tax.

We accept all major credit cards.  No personal checks or PayPal.

Rates do not include the 13% state/local/hotel tax.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only. Please inquire as to rates 
and availability as both are subject to change without notice.

Must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 
to check-in. No pets and no smoking allowed in the units.  The 
overnight parking of oversized vehicles such as RV's, Buses, 
Trailers, etc. is prohibited.
