Our private townhome away from home has been lovingly outfitted by  
Tampa natives who know what you want for any week, weekend, or  
monthly vacation.  This townhome is part of a privately owned, 3- 
unit townhouse which is just across the street from the beautiful  
sandy shores of Indian Rocks Beach (100 yard walk)!  This 3-bedroom,  
3-bath beauty is perfect for a large family, 2 families or groups of  
couples.  We are also kitty-cornered from the City of Indian Rocks  
Beach Park, which houses the Beach Art Center, library, 2  
playgrounds, tennis courts, skate board park & more!  We provide  
beach equipment, maps, brochures, etc.  10 minutes to  
St.Pete/Clearwater Airport, 20 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg,  
and 25 minutes to Tampa International Airport. Check Us Out!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This townhome is very quiet and private, with lush tropical  
landscaping and a yard.  You pull into your own private carport with  
room enough for 4-6 vehicles.  The carport landing has a large  
storage closet for outdoor items.  Up to the next level, where  
you'll  
find one master bedroom and bath along with the open great  
room/dining room plan.  The kitchen, which is fully equipped with  
all  
new appliances, cookware and dishes, is open to the dining room  
area.  Up to the final level, you'll find the large laundry center  
with a brand new full size washer/dryer and storage closet, flanked  
on either side by the two remaining bedrooms, each with their own  
bath),  In all - 2 Queens, 4 twins, (2 on wheels for easy movement 
 3 TV's with cable , one DvD and one VcR.  Off of every bedroom  
beautiful, fully accessible, east and south facing balconies, with  
patio furniture. Come and enjoy Florida living!

Activities and Attractions

Activities are infinite on Florida's Gulf Coast!  Indian Rocks &  
Indian Shores are quiet, quaint communities with mostly small  
private homes and condos, No big hotels or high rises here!  Small  
beach accesses with limited parking keep the crowds down.  We are  
across the street from the Beach Art Center-classes, exhibits and  
more.  Just down the street from Tiki Gardens, Indian Rocks  
Historical Society, and the world renowned Suncoast Seabird  
Sanctuary (known for its seabird rescue and preservation).  In the   
next community up is the Clearwater Marine Aquarium; and the next  
community down is the well known John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.   
Great local dining abounds, from Crabby Bill's to the celebrated  
Salt Rock Grill.  Of course, all the great beach things are just  
blocks away - parasailing, jet ski rental, scooter rentals, putt- 
putt, tennis, cruises and golf.  20 minutes to downtown St.  
Petersburg for shopping, art museums and shows, 45 minutes to  
Tampa's Busch Gardens, and 90 minutes to Disney/Sea World area.

Separate Deposit Required: $300.00 for a weekly,  
Must Pay 12% Florida Sales & Tourism Tax on the total rental
