the 1st floor with lots of windows. Living room with dining area,
fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. Within 2
minutes walk from the bus or train station, port, port museum and a
5 minutes walk to St-Jean Street. The building and condo are
completely renovated.

cable, DVD player, linens, hair dryer, refrigerator,electric stove,
washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner and all needed small appliances.
Street parking: 6pm to 9am during the week. Pay parking very near.
