square feet of living area, open kitchen, his and her entrance to 
the bedroom, body spray shower and wide body Jacuzzi tub. The marina 
of the Washington Channel is only 10 minutes walk, the Subway 
(Underground or Tube) Mass transit station is a walk across the 
street.
