A large balcony overlooks the ocean and unique ocean side swimming pool - you can't get closer to the beach than this. This complex is just 2 miles south of the Cocoa Beach Pier, in Historic Downtown Cocoa Beach. It is a smaller complex than most so you have a family atmosphere, not a resort
atmosphere. The beautiful grounds, private beach access and centrally located heated pool make this a perfect family get-away! This unit sleeps 6. Our large newly renovated kitchen and full sized washer and dryer make caring for a full house a snap.
We're still just 50-55 minutes from All Disney World Attractions, 10 minutes from Port Canaveral, and 15 minutes from Kennedy Space Center. But there also is plenty to do right in Cocoa Beach with parasailing, shopping, fishing from the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's, shopping, Casino cruises, gator spotting in air boats and manatees swimming in the nearby Indian River. Shuttle launches are easily viewed from the beach or from nearby Jetty Park. Swim in the heated pool, then relax poolside or bake in the sun on the beach. Condo has toys for building sandcastles and beach chairs for watching the fishermen pull in a few ocean fish.  Oh, did I mention shopping??

This Condo is fully furnished including towels (except beach towels) and sheets to ensure a wonderful stress free stay. No need to pack those linens!!!
Second bedroom has twin beds that will convert to a King bed. Allow us notice to make the changes if you wish or make them yourself when you arrive.

Large Full newly renovated Kitchen with everything you need! 1 King bed in Master: 2 Twin Beds in 2nd bedroom (converts to King bed): 2 Double Futon beds in bonus room: 2 baths: Full size Washer & Dryer: Nice oceanside swimming pool; Private beach access.  Take out the folding chairs, mats, boogies boards and beach toys for a great day on the beach. We have a cooler for a picnic on the beach or in the park.

Enjoy walks in Historic Downtown Cocoa Beach. There are many fine small places to grab a bite and small boutiques in the area to walk it off. Walk to the famous
Coconuts restaurant and enjoy a fine meal overlooking the Atlantic
Ocean or even walk to nearby Chinese restaurant with an early bird menu for
a late lunch or early dinner; take a trolly ride to the pier or the shopping mall. Nearby: golf,
tennis, miniature golf, fishing charters,zoo,kayaki adventures, airboat rides, Port Canaveral and
the cruise lines of Royal Carribean, Disney and Carnival as well as casino cruise ships and, of
course,the Kennedy Space Center; Jetty park is close to fish off the pier or watch a shuttle take
off or turtles and manatees swim. There are also some terrific places to eat (indoor or out) and walk by the ports. Within walking distance, Lori Wilson Park is a nice get away from the hustle of the city- a quiet oasis with some wildlife
and greenry to quiet your day. If that's not enough your just 50-55 short minutes to
Orlando to enjoy all the Walt Disney area has to offer.
