Vacation Rental Description

All the comforts of home in this clean, cozy, private, 3 bedroom, 2 
bath beachside cottage.  Close enough to any  
and all of what a Florida vacation has to offer and private enough to 
feel like you live here, on a very private  
road with a very private Atlantic Ocean Beach at the end of the road. 
You can walk to the beach anytime 24/7 at  
what is literally your own private beach, only the people that live on 
the street and you use this beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This comfortable retreat has just about everything you should need, 
just bring your tooth brush and clothes.   
Provided:  clean Sheets and towels, new soaps and shampoos... for 3 
bedrooms (2 w/ queen size beds, one  
with 2 twins) for additional guests your livingroom has a queen size 
pull out sofa.  Each bedroom and livingroom  
include cable TV, livingroom also includes DVD and CD stereo.   
 
2 bathrooms (master w/ double head 2 person shower and whirlpool tub) 
Guest bathroom has shower/tub  
combo.  
 
Large eat-in kitchen newly renovated with everything you will need, 
stove/oven, fridge w/icemaker, dishwasher,  
pots, pans, utensils, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, etc...  
 
Central Air conditioning and Heat, Laundry closet with full size 
washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, etc...   
 
For beach days... plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, Boogie boards 
and a wagon so you don't have to carry it  
all and a few pails and shovels of course.  
 
We also have a couple of full size adult bikes, if you'd like to take 
a ride along the A1A bike paths.

Activities and Attractions

Bring your boat, we have room to park it, and there are plenty of 
places close by to launch it.  Motor up or down  
the intracoastal waterway or take it out on the ocean, you can do it 
from here.  Boat rentals are available not  
too far away also.   
 
Fishing, freshwater, salt water, off the pier, bridges or at the 
beach, it's going on 24/7 everywhere here.    
 
Golfers... this is golf lovers paradise, bring your clubs, take your 
pick so many places to choose from, at the  
house we'll leave a list.   
 
Beach goers... you can walk to the beach from the house anytime 24/7, 
you're staying where this is a very  
private beach.  Take a stroll along the water to see the sun come up 
in the early morning or late at night when  
the moon is shinning on the waves.  Up and down A1A the beach changes, 
some places you can drive on it,  
some places are more public with life guards, some places have big 
rocks for exploring (not great for swimming).  
This is a great place to stay for a variety of beach going experiences.   
 
Marineland is just a minute or two away, you can swim with the 
dolphins, snorkel, or scuba dive with the  
dolphins!!!  Check out the Marineland web site, it's not the 
Marineland of yesteryear it's all new and fantastic!!!   
and just about 3 miles up the road from you.   
 
We're about a 20 minute ride to St. Augustine, bring your walking 
shoes... history, history and more history,  
shopping, shopping and more shopping, dining oh yeah...  the kids will 
like Ripley's, the Wax Museum, Alligator  
Farm, just too much to list.  You can get on the site seeing trains or 
buses or take the horse and buggy around  
the city to decide where to eat, shop or visit.  I'll leave you some 
brochures so you can get more ideas of what's  
in St. Augustine, it's a must while you're here also.   
 
The World's Most Famous Beach... Daytona beach is not too far South of 
us.   Nascar Fans??? that's right  
Daytona International Speedway, their website will have their events 
calendar.   Lots to do for race fans,  
Richard Petty driving experience, only for the non-faint of heart, you 
can take a ride-a-long or actually drive the  
track.  Lots more to see and do in Daytona, I'll leave more info on 
that at the house too.  Bikers, Race fans and  
Beach goers too much to see and do in Daytona just ask, we'll tell you 
our favorite spots.   
 
One more... Orlando and all of it's attractions, isn't too terribly 
far away if you do want to do a day at any of the  
attractions, it's about an hour and a half ride, easily do-able there 
and back in a day.  Hang out with Mickey at  
Disney or Shamu at SeaWorld or numerous other attractions and be back 
for laid back relaxing here in  
Marineland Acres.

Vacation Rental Rates

Year round - $895.00 per week - $150.00 per 
night - 3 night  
minimum 
 
Special Event rates - $995.00 per week (Bike Week, Biketoberfest, 
Speed Weeks - Daytona Speedway big  
events)  
 
10% tax and $95.00 cleaning fee and $200.00 security/damage deposit 
refunded after stay.  
No additional charges for pets or number of guests, maximum 8.
