(l mile from Tan-tar-a) 22 mile marker by water.

WELCOME to our  NEWLY DECORATED family condo WITH ITS PARKLIKE  
SETTING and QUIET atmosphere. 
  
This non-smoking, waterfront condo at Breakwater Bay is a ground- 
floor unit, located directly on the water at the 22 mile marker, one  
of the most popular areas of the lake.   The living room and the  
master bedroom both have a wall of glass looking out at the  
spectacular view.  Or just sit back and relax on the screened-in  
porch with its awesome view of the main channel and take in the  
sights. Both the living room and the master bedroom have ceiling  
fans  
for your comfort as well as both bedrooms.  The condo is tastefully  
decorated and fully furnished.  It has everything you need to a  
fully- 
equipped kitchen, 3 TV's, CD player, and VCR & DVD, washer/dryer and  
a gas grill to cook on while taking in the breathtaking view. 
 
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bath with  
tub/shower combination and the second bedroom has two full-size beds  
and an adjoining bath with tub/shower combination. Each bedroom has  
its own tv with cable and ceiling fans. 
 
Osage Beach one of the most popular areas of the lake, has some of  
the BEST restaurants and nightlife at the lake.    
There are several golf courses within one mile. We are also within 1  
mile of Tan-Tar-a resort with its new indoor water park.    
You have several marinas close by for your boating needs. And you 
will also be within a few miles of 110 stores at the Osage Village  
factory outlet mall.  After spending a relaxing day on the lake,  
shopping or doing  other activities, spend your night relaxing in  
the comfort of your condo overlooking the moonlit lake.

are not available please ask about our new 3 BEDROOM CONDO. OR if  
you need two condos in the same complex we can now accomodate you. 
 
Please no pets or smoking allowed so we can keep our condo in  
pristine condition for all of our guests to enjoy.

**May 1-May 15....$99 Night (Rent 6 NTS 7TH Free) 
**May 15-Sept 13..$145 Night (5 Night Special $125 Per Night)(2nt minimum-3 nt min. holidays) 
**Sept 14-Oct 31..$99 Night (Rent 6 NTS 7TH Free) 
**Nov 1-Dec 31....$60 Night  
One-Night Deposit must be received within five days of reservation. 
Full Balance Due within 14 days of arrival for release of keys. 
Cleaning Charge of $60.00 per visit. 
Deposit will be refunded if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
