Nicely remodeled hilltop cottage with excellent paved access surrounded by mountain horse pastures. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom
with jacuzzi tub and large seperate shower, fully furnished kitchen
with hickory cabinets and oak hardwood flooring, dining area with
fantastic country view, family room with wood fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, books, games, and nice modern comfortable furniture.
The large back deck has Amish made Adirondack furniture, a 4
person hot tub and a fantastic view of the Smokies.
The cottage is situated on 3.5 private acres which is bordered by
a nice creek (the kids love the creek) in a very desirable horse
property area. It is away from the chain hotels, gas stations, etc but minutes from all the conveniences.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel one month in advance your full
deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than one months
notice, your deposit will be forfeited unless we rent the same
dates / rate as you had reserved. No exceptions.
