Vacation Rental Description

Ridgeway Place Cottage - Enjoy the Smoky Mountain National Park,  
Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee Indian Reservation, Historic Dillsboro,  
Bryson City, Harrah's Casino and much much more just minutes from  
your front porch. 
 
Recently remodeled cottage, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom  
with jacuzzi tub and large seperate shower, fully furnished kitchen  
with hickory cabinets and oak hardwood flooring, dining area with  
fantastic country view, family room with wood fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR, books,  
games, and new comfortable furniture. 
 
The large back deck has Amish made Adirondack furniture, a 4  
person hot tub and a fantastic view of the Smokies.  
 
The cottage is situated on 3.5 private acres which is bordered by  
Shoal Creek (the kids love the creek) in a very desirable horse  
property area.  It is away from the chain hotels. 
 
Cancellation policy: If you cancel one month in advance your full  
deposit will be refunded. If you cancel with less than one months  
notice, your deposit will be forfeited unless we rent the same  
dates / rate as you had reserved. No exceptions.  
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot tub, jacuzzi bath, fireplace, fully furnished kitchen, coffee  
maker, toaster, bbq grill, carport, 2 bdrms, 1 bath, screened front  
porch w/ceiling fan and rockers, linens provided, air conditioning,  
deck furniture, dishwasher, cable television, VCR, books, games, washer and dryer for extended  
guests.

Activities and Attractions

Hiking, fishing, fun park, Harrah's Casino,  
Rafting, tubing, shopping, outdoor drama, museums, and much more.

Vacation Rental Rates

$85 - $135 per nite 
$550 - $750 per week 
9.5% NC occupancy tax 
$50 cleaning fee
