Ocean Village is located on Hutchinson Island, which is bordered by
The Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. Situated just off I-95 along
Florida's coast. Ocean Village is just a short drive to Disney World
in Orlando (2 hours), Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or Palm Beach
attractions. It is about 65 minutes north of the West Palm Beach
Airport, 1/2 hr north of Stuart, 15 minutes from Jensen Beach and
1/2 hour south of Vero Beach.
This is a large 950 sq. ft. (not including screened patio) 2nd floor
Condo steps outside elevator, completely renovated the building and
the condo. 1 Bed 1 Bath all new kitchen cabinets w/granite counter
tops, Porcelain tile floors throughout, new bathroom w/large walk-in
tile shower w/ seat vanity with granite counter top. This large
open floor plan featuring all new furniture. The bedroom has 1
Kingsize bed, 1 dresser, 2 nightstands, 1 very comfortable chair,
built-in desk area, 2 closets and a TV. The dining room has table
and 4 chairs. Kitchen has all new appliances bar area with 2 bar
stools. Of course there is a washer and dryer. Living room has a
sectional sofa with a queen size bed, and great entertainment center
with a large TV and VCR/DVD player. The Living room and Bedroom
have large sliding glass doors that open to a screened in porch w/
table, 4 comfortable chairs and 2 ottomans, all looking out to the
picturesque lagoon and gorgeous landscaping. Wireless internet is
available for your use.

The village is impeccably landscaped and has every amenity you could
possibly want at a price you'd find hard to match. The golf is free
off season, and in season $4 fee and tee time needed. There is an
Olympic Size heated pool w/Jacuzzi, kiddy-pool, and full service
tiki bar, sauna, additionally there are 2 other heated pools for your enjoyment.
10 Tennis Courts, both Tennis and Golf pro shops are available for
private or group lessons. Tennis and golf round robin tournaments
are held throughout the winter months.

4 Heated Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Exercise room, 2 Bocce Ball
Courts, Shuffleboard Courts, and a Basketball Court.

The Kennedy Space Center is 1-1/2 hr hours north and is well worth the drive.
Baseball: If you're a baseball enthusiast, Ocean Village is only a 1/2 hr away from the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach) and NY Mets (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps.
Golf: Outside the Village with a half hour drive, there are 20 championship public golf courses.
Fishing: The Fort Pierce South Jetty, minutes away, boasts the best fishing in Florida. You can also catch Bluefish, Pompano and other species right on our beach in the winter months. Charter Services and boat rentals are available at the marinas.

preserve beaches and areas that will allow you to view Florida and
its wildlife totally untouched by man. If you drive south on A1A
you will find the whole area dotted with preserved beaches and amazing nature trails on the Indian River that are free and open to the public.
The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, UDT Navy Seal Museum and
the Manatee Observation Areas (all minutes away from Ocean Village.
Bathtub Beach/Reef - 23 minutes south - great snorkeling/swimming
for the children.
Horseback riding on the beach - Frederick Douglas Memorial Park (3-
4 miles south of Ocean Village) 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sunday of each
month aprox. $30.
Alligator watching and feeding aprox. 30 mins north toward Vero
Beach. Make reservations and go out on the powerboat with a guide.

bars, everything to eat. Great Happy hour. Great view, surrounded
3 sides by water, boats and music.
Cobb's Landing - great entrees for Lunch and Dinner open air bar,
Downtown at the Marina.
Governors Grill - Great entrees and nice bar. Marina area.
Mangrove Mattie�s Great view of the Indian River Great Happy Hour.
All kinds of entrees for lunch or dinner.
Chuck�s Fried Shrimp is their specialty. Just before the S. beach
Causeway.
Goodfellows Pizza - Great Italian Food. Dine in or have delivered.
Captain Galleys - Great for Breakfast or Lunch on the causeway

Grocery Stores: one smaller store on the causeway called Seaway
Market, and just off the bridge is Publix.

Downtown Fort Pierce (near the Tiki bar on the square every Saturday
mornings there is an open market. Fresh fruits and vegetables,
coffee,baked goods, and all kinds of things. Buy a cup of coffee
and enjoy the walk or view.
Don't forget the 1st Friday of every month there is a festival
downtown featuring music food and vendors and lots of fun.
