Policies
Rentals will be for a minimun of 7 days. Rental includes linen and
towel service. Additional services are available at additional costs.
Check in times are 2 pm and check out is 11:00 am. Payment in full at
time of booking and payable through PayPal or major credit card: in
US Dollars only. Refunds will be available and prorated. 100%
refundable 90 days before arrival; 75% refundable 60 days prior to
arrival; 25% 45 days proir to arrival; less than 30 days 0%
refundable. A $75.00 cancellation processing fee will be accessed for
all cancelations

Deposits
Bookings of 7 days or less require full payment at time of booking.
Others booking may be eligible for partial payment at booking with
balance due 7 days prior to arrival.
A $500 US refundable security depoit additional required at all
bookings. If there is no damage, a full refund will be issued after
21 days or sooner. If damage should exceed $500, the booking party
will be responsible for all damages exceeding deposit.
