The Ashley II: 116 Reading Ave. Please note that this is a large
house and the pictures are deceiving, we just purchased the house
spring of '05 and completed quite an overhaul in 2006. We continue
to renovation through 2009 in the off season for the improved comfort
and enjoyment of our tenants. This is the a great vacation beach house for those looking to be close to the water. This property is 1 block from the beach (there is only one house on
the first block) see the ocean from the new second floor deck. You
can rent one or both units (see
rates) depending on the size of your family. The first floor sleeps
10 and second floor 6. Each
unit is fully equipped to be rented separately.
There is a 3 season sun porch that runs the width of the house. The
house is very sunny with hardwood floors, there is a very expansive
floor plan with 25' living room (two queen sleepers and
entertainment center) and is open to dining room, The first floor
has one bedroom w/queen, another a king (or 2 twins) and the last 2
twins and also 2 full baths (one new 7/05); the second floor has a
2nd party kitchen, large open entertaining area, new 2nd floor
deck with peak of the ocean, 2 large bedrooms (one bedroom w/queen,
another a king (or 2 twins) and 2 new full baths (5/06). There is a
nice level yard with off street parking for at least 3 cars, we just
added cac on the first floor 1/06, 2nd floor has nice ac units (one
in each room)
