Vacation Rental Rates

RENT:  One month, three month, six month and annual leases available. 
One month minimum.

* May-October $4,000 a month (OFF SEASON). Utilities not included off 
season.
* January-April $6,000 a month (SEASON);
* November-December $5,100 a month (SEASON).

DEPOSITS:
FOR ONE TO THREE MONTH LEASES deposit is:
*  One-half (1/2) of the total of the following; and, Balance due 30 
days prior to occupancy 
*  One month refundable security deposit, plus
*  One, Two or Three month's rent depending on term of lease: (One 
month lease=one month's rent; Two month lease=two month's rent; 
etc.), plus
*  Non-refundable $300 cleaning fee
*  1.65% Rental tax on total amount of rental amount.

FOR LEASES FOUR MONTHS LONG & LONGER Deposit is:
*  One month refundable security deposit, plus
*  First and Last month's rent.
*  Non-refundable $300 cleaning fee.
*  1.65% Rental tax on total amount of rental amount applies

*  All deposits must be received in certified funds 
*  Credit Check $45 applies to all leases
