  etc.), plus
• Non-refundable $300 cleaning fee, plus
• 1.65% Rental tax on total amount of rental amount.

* ****Balance (SECOND HALF) of Total required payment due 30 days prior to occupancy.

FOR LEASES FOUR MONTHS LONG & LONGER Deposits are:

• One month security deposit, plus
• First and Last month's rent, plus
• Non-refundable $300 cleaning fee plus
