On the Ocean Key Colony Beach Resort in Key Colony Beach

This condo complex is located on the Atlantic Ocean, within the
resort community of Key Colony Beach in the heart of the beautiful
Florida Keys. Just a short walk for a refreshing swim or lounge in
the sun. Stroll down a white sandy beach and search for shells or
take a dip in the crystal clear ocean. Enjoy paths to bicycle,
roller blade, run, or walk. Key Colony Beach has bike paths and the
maximum speed limit is 25 mph. Sunset Park is next door to view our
magnificent sunsets. A short drive takes you to fine shops and
restaurants in nearby Marathon.
This deluxe two bedroom condo is located on the top floor of a three
story building. A very private and quiet unit that is spotless and
well maintained. A washer and dry is conveniently located directly outside
your front door. There are 2 sliding glass doors, one is in the
master bedroom and the other is in the living room, from which you may
enter your private balcony. One balcony has a view of the Atlantic
Ocean overlooking Inch Beach while the other has sunset views from
beautiful Sunset Park. There is a queen-size bed in the master suite
and two double beds in the second bedroom. The kitchen offers
full-sized appliances and all of the necessary equipment for home
cooking if desired.
A par three golf course is available or you can walk to the Key
Colony Beach Park and Recreation Area to play Horse Shoes, Bocce
Ball, use the Playground, or play tennis. This is the place for
Fishing, Diving, and Water Sports. Key Colony has its own marina
where charters and boat rentals are available where you can explore
the beautiful natural reefs on a diving or snorkel charter. You can
take a day trip and visit nearby parks and museums, the Dolphin
Research Center, or the Theater of the Sea. These facilities are
nearby and allow adults and children to participate in a variety of
tours, shows and dolphin encounters.
