This second floor condo overlooks the sixth green and the tee box on
the 7th.The unit is fully furnished and sleeps 4 adults and 2
children. The condo is in the delightful area of Tara called the
Verandas.Guests have the use of a communal swimming pool and tennis
courts as well as the facilities of the golf course and club house
when paying the $200 membership fee.There is a workout
facility,driving range and a very good restaurant.
A cart fee is payable for each round of golf played

Close to Sarasota with cultural,leisure and sight seeing activities.

condo enjoys a master bedroom with queen bed and a full master
bathroom as well as plenty of closet space.The second bedroom
contains a further queen bed that fits neatley to the wall behind
folding doors so that the room can be multi functional during
daytime.
The dining table seats 6. Front and rear lanais have further sitting
space and views over green areas.Free local telephone calls and
cable TV is provided.
Sorry no pets and the unit is non-smoking.

Good golf course. 25-40 minutes away are some of Floridas
wonderful white beaches at Anna Marie Island,Bradenton
beach,Longbboat Key and the famous Sista Key beach that is listed by
National Geographic as one of the top 10 beaches in the world.
Tampa airport 55 mins,St Petes/Clearwater airport 35 mins, and
Sarasota/Bradenton airport 15 mins.
Disneyworld/Orlando is between 1.5 and 2hours drive away.
The area has wonderful sightseeing with abundant outstanding natural
beauty.Wildlife abounds on land and in the waters - you may see
manatees,dolphins,alligators and osprey as well as migratory birds.
