atmosphere of Oceanside California's 'North Coast Village'. North 
Coast Village has won many awards, and is known for their exquisite 
landscaping. From your balcony see fantastic views of Oceanside 
Harbor and a partial view of the Pacific Ocean. The elevated garden 
views from indside the condo are wonderful, yet we are easily 
accessible with not one stair from your reserved covered parking 
area to your front door.

Walk Oceanside's 3 1/2 miles of white sand beach (known as one of 
the best beaches in all of California), enjoy the perfect 
climate (avg. temp. 72 degrees), view a memorable sunset from 
Oceanside Pier, all while staying in your one-bedroom condominum 
with its own beautiful views. Your stay will be enhanced by the 
luxury and amenities that surround your lovely vacation rental. From 
the fully equipped kitchen, to the cozy fireplace, you will find the 
perfect accommodation for any time of the year.

North Coast Village is located along a beautiful white sand beach

surfing, and Mission Beach which lies between the bay and the sea 
(just to name a few). Visit some of the gorgeous communities along 
the San Diego coast - Del Mar and their Solana Beach, nearby 
Encinitas - known as the "Flower Capital of the World.", Quail

for Easter, 4TH of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Years weeks.

Not Included in the Weekly Rates: 10% Oceanside City Resort Taax, $200 (low season) or $250 (high 
season) Security Deposit and $60 Last Day Standard Exit Cleaning Fee (Cleaning Fee Taken Out Of 
Security Deposit).

Add One Time $200 Refunded Security Deposit to the All Inclusive Nightly Rates.
