Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 3,000 square foot Key West style home has four  
bedrooms, four baths, a laundry room, large kitchen, huge greatroom  
with LCD flat screen tv with dvd player, wrap around front porches  
on both floors and large screened porch with JACUZZI and charcoal  
grill outback.  It sits on a huge lot with plenty of room for an rv  
and boat trailer.  The first bedroom suite has a king size bed and a  
separate side room with a queen sleeper sofa, armoire and tv with  
vhs/dvd. Another large bedroom has a king bed.  A third bedroom has  
two twin beds.  The fourth bedroom is on the main level and has a  
queen sleeper sofa and separate tv with dvd/vhs player.  Every  
bedroom has its own full bath.   
 
The house is completely remodeled with all new cabinets, appliances,  
fixtures,flooring and a/c units.  All new furniture, luxury Sealy  
mattresses and 400 thread count linens.  Two new beachcruiser  
bicycles for guest use. 
 
The house sits just one block off the barron river and comes with  
the use of a 50' long dock slip (deep water). 
 
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THIS HOUSE.

two blocks away from this home.  Take a short boat ride to explore  
one of the 10,000 islands with pristine white sand beaches just  
minutes away by boat. 
 
Marco Island is 30 minutes away by car, where you can walk on the  
beach and go shelling!  Naples is just a 45 minute drive! 
 
Get away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy this quaint  
small town with so much to see and do! 
 
Two golf courses are located just 20 minutes from the house. 
 
Everglades City is just one hour from Naples Airport, and one and a  
half hours from Ft. Lauderdale Airport.

May 1 - October 31:  $800/wk; $2500/month
