Welcome to Summer Breeze, our beautiful villa in the community of 
Sabal Harbour, a much sought after location, situated around 15mins 
north of Sarasota.

The accommodation is spacious enough to accommodate your family 
comfortably. Furnished to a high standard, it has everything you 
need to make your vacation carefree.
The idyllic family room with sumptuous leather furniture,  is 
equipped with cable TV and VCR/DVD, with unspoilt views of the lake 
and pool
A separate beautifully furnished living room is bright and sunny and 
equipped with cable TV and VCR/DVD.The villa has three bedrooms, a 
beautiful master bedroom with queen bed, en-suite bathroom with twin 
hand basins and walk in shower, separate WC and walk in wardrobe, 
offering peaceful views over the lake and pool.Two further bedrooms, 
one with queen bed and one with twin beds, with fitted wardrobes, 
sharing a second bathroom with bath and shower complete the sleeping 
area.A fully fitted kitchen, with dining nook, a separate laundry 
room with washer and dryer complete the house. All bedrooms are 
carpeted, living areas have laminate flooring while bathrooms, 
kitchen and foyer are tiled. The villa is fully equipped with all 
bed linens, towels, tableware, cooking utensils, and is fully air 
conditioned with ceiling fans for extra cooling during those warm 
Florida nights.Outside, the deck areas is extended and offers an 
unspoilt view of the lake and wildlife. A covered lanai for shade 
and dining, with plenty of space to relax and soak up the  sunshine 
and let the warm summer breeze wash over you.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sabal Harbour is a very quiet and friendly community just 2 miles 
west of I75. It has a large community pool, 2 tennis courts, a 
basketball court and childrens play area. The nearest golf course at 
Pridia Golf and Country club is just a 2minute drive away, with many 
more to acomodate all playing standards are just a short drive away. 
The villa is ideally located just 15mins from the white sandy 
beaches of Sarasota, and just 20mins to Bradenton beach and Anna 
Maria Island. Choose from an abundance of shopping and outlet malls 
which are just 10mins away. For those with a more cultured taste, St 
Armands Circle, with it's stylish boutiques and gourmet dining is 
within a short drive. A variety of food stores and retaurants are 
all an easy drive away.
