Vacation Rental Description

Ocean View Condo. This spacious top floor condo is a fully furnished 
2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. This clean, beautifully 
decorated, comfortable vacation rental is available year round. This 
quiet private setting located directly on the beach is situated 
between Jetty Park and Cocoa Beach Pier. Enjoy the spectacular view 
of the beautiful orange and pink colors of the sunrise or observe 
the 
evening cruise ships setting out to sea from the balcony overlooking 
the Atlantic Ocean. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated Pool & Clubhouse
King size bed in master,Queen bed in 2nd room, washer, dryer, cable, 
free local calls, computer with dial up internet access, central 
a/c and heat. TV's in every room inlcuding 27" TV/DVD/VCR in living 
room. Providing all bed linens, bath towels. Full kitchen with all 
applicances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee 
maker, dishware, cutlery and cookware. Iron and full size board. 
Beach towels, chairs, and unbrella. DVD movies & games for all ages.

Activities and Attractions

There are restaurants, bars, shopping in the area. Party on the 
cruise ships or visit the Kennedy Space Center. Located only 40 
minutes from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, and Seaworld. 
The city recreation center includes tennis courts, and racquetball 
within walking distance (2 blocks). After a day at the beach simply 
relax by the pool. Nearby, golf, fishing charters, diving, boating, 
kayaking, gocarts, arcade, live theater, jetsking, airboat rides, 
cinemas, sightseeing, and museums.

$1800-$2000 per month depends on season

All Rentals must add 11% Sales Tax & One-Time $95 Cleaning Fee upon 
departure.
30% due at booking to reserve, 
$350 Security Deposit plus remaining 70% due 30 days before arrival.

Absolutely no nightly reservations.

Rentors must be at least 23 years old.
Refunds available 30 days or more before arrival; less $50 
cancellation fee.
