Your condo is fully furnished & professionally decorated  
with 2-bedrooms that sleeps (6) (king bed & 2-twin beds + queen 
pull-out), 2-full baths(double sinks and walk-in closet in master 
bedroom) and attached garage. From the lanai, you'll enjoy a scenic 
view of pond & nature preserve.  The NE exposure allows for 
comfortable afternoons and evenings on your lanai with a soothing view 
of palm trees and lake. There will be no noisy golfers to disturb your 
tranquility.  Every detail has been taken care of:  cooking/baking 
utensils, tableware. upgraded kitchen appliances, (3) cable TVs, DVD & 
VCRs, cordless phones, stereo, washer/dryer, beach/bath towels and

February-March $3900/month  
April, May, November & December $2900/month or $800/week 
June - October $1900/month or $600/week 
Spring Run golf membership transfer fee, cleaning fee and  
security deposit apply.  50% deposit holds reservation,  
balance due 30 days before arrival.
