Vacation Rental Description

Venice Beach bungalow located just 1 block to the beach and boardwalk, and 1 block to  
to all the nice shops and restaurants along Addot Kinney Blvd.  
 
The bungalow is situated on a quiet pedestrian only walk street. You can walk of bike to  
everything. 
 
Nice kitchen with all high end appliances, wood floors, fireplace, great master bath with oversized  
ceiling mounted shower head, double designer glass sinks, and travertine tile work. 
 
The bungalow has 2 queen beds, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. We could also  
provide a roll away bed. Small balcony with chairs and a BBQ. 
 
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, DSL, 2 plasma TV's (one is a 42"), Direct TV/HBO, fax, local  
phone service, quality linens and towels, beach chairs/umbrella, and bicycles can be made available  
for $35 per week. 
 
5 minutes to Santa Monica 
20 minutes to Beverly Hills 
25 minutes to Hollywood 
30 minutes to Universal Studios 
45 minutes to Disneyland

Rates based on a 4 person occupancy. $25 per person when over 4 stay.
