Vacation Rental Description

Found on the Colorado River and only two (2) years old, this  
home is a stone's throw away from what most watersport enthusiasts 
would categorize as "ideal" for water skiing, boating, riding 
personal watercraft, and sandbar sunbathing. After a fun filled day 
on the River, guests can retire to this attractive 2000+ square foot 
home one block off the riverfront. Three (3) bedrooms and two (2) 
full bathrooms accommodate up to fourteen (14) guests plus a couple 
of couches and a pullout in the large open living room. There is a
separate dining room and several barstools for counter seating and a 
large fully equipped kitchen for family or group meals and BBQs. The 
very private covered back patio provides the guests with an amazing 
view of the distant mountains and the backyard borders the desert 
scaped common area, including walking paths right up to the river's 
edge. Guests are encouraged to bring land and water 'toys'. The side 
yard has an R.V. access gate with ample parking for boats, personal 
watercraft, motorcycles/quads, etc.
