Gated community. Downstairs, luxurious 2 BR/2 BA condo sleeps 6 comfortably (1 king, 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa) plus airbed available for extra sleeping space. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (icemaker), and stove. Kitchen table/4 chairs; dining table/6 chairs.  Wahser and dryer. Three TVs with DVD/VCR. Pack 'n Play crib, stroller, highchair.
Telephone, Internet, mounted hair dryers,  for your convenience. Patio (adjacent to kitchen and master bedroom), gas fireplace, and attached garage. All linens/towels furnished. New pool and children's play area. Master bathoom has Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. 1512 sq feet.

Gated community! Attached garage with private entrance to washroom. On-site clubhouse with gym.  Beautiful stainless steel grill for grilling on the veranda for grilling for one or for a crowd and overlooks the pool. Across the street from the beautiful white, sandy beach of the Gulfcoast.

Located in the heart of the action in the Gulfport/Biloxi area. Deep-sea fishing, swimming, 27 golf
courses (Great Southern Golf Course immediately on the left). Casinos featuring name entertainment
(Hard Rock, Beau Rivage, Island View, Imperial Palace, Boomtown, Palace, The Grand). Only 2 1/2
miles from the airport. Harbor features parasailing, shrimp trips, island tours, sailing, etc.
Mall and discount mall. Newly opened Gulf Islands Waterpark with 15 rides and attractions a short
drive away.

Classy Place!

We have been renting properties along the Gulf Coast for several years and, prior to Katrina, there were many from which to choose. Consequently, we have been stuck with the good, the bad and the ugly. Let me just say this is a 8.5 out of a possible 10. The property is well located with total access to the beachfront. The interior design was gorgeous and we found the condo clean and welcoming with just about everything one would want in the way of amenities. Although we didn't use it, the patio area was outstanding!

This would have been a 5-star review were it not for three things: 1)we had to volley for close parking, 2)check-out time was 10 a.m.!!! 3)TV in living room area would not work [we were told later that it is operated by a light switch fixture but we tried that since we suspected that was the case and it didn't work]. Naturally, we were disappointed in the things cited but overall we were satisfied and would rent again although we strongly feel that a 10 a.m. check-out time is a bit ridiculous!

Recommended for: age 55+, pet-friendly, romantic getaway

Owners response: Do not belive this guest rented our unit. Parking is readily available, including enclosed garage. Unit has a new flat-screen tv and it DOES NOT work by using the light switch. Check out time of 10 is used by most hotels, condos, etc. to allow cleaning before the next guest checks in which is normally 3 pm.
