100 feet from Lovers Lake--abutting conservation (bird sanctuary)
land. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or boating in the lake--or its views
from the patio or living/dining rooms. There are 4 good sized bedrooms
and 21/2 baths including a master bed/bath.(double bed) There are 2
bedrooms with2 twin beds, and a 3rd bedroom with a queen. Eat-in
kitchen, withisland makes a perfect family setting. Large dining room,
den withcable tv, and a living room with fireplace. House is perfect
for family gatherings-- and due to bedroom layout, can accomodate 2
families easily. House is 1 mile to beaches, 1/4 mile to cape cod bike
trail,and 2 miles to center of town.
