The Dolphin Den is a uniquely hand crafted home that is constantly being upgraded.
The walls are hand plastered with custom Teak cabinets, Teak furniture, Granite countertops, and heated floors. The house is full of dolphin sculptures, ocean paintings, antique surfboards, pottery, surf art and a vintage coral collection.
Each floor has sweeping beach views and Hi Definition Plasma Televisions.
The kitchen has two new full-size fridge and freezer units and a new stainless steel oven, stove and microwave.
The interior has been extensively remodeled with comfort and luxury in mind. Wake up and have breakfast on one of the decks overlooking the water where the dolphins and whales cruise by all summer.
Miramar Beach is a great place to swim, bodyboard and surf or just relax and watch the sun rise and set from your chair.

The Middle Floor has a fully equipped Kitchen with Gas oven and Four burner stainless steel gas stove.
Separate freezer and refrigerator units with an ice maker.
One Panasonic 42 inch HD Flatscreen Television and DVD/VHS player.
Bottom Floor Description:
The Bottom Floor has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a King bed.
Both bedrooms have large Panasonic HD Televisions and DVD players.
There is a bathroom with shower and this floor has direct access to the beach.

Minimum booking is 7 nights.

June 10-July 1 is $600 per night.

July 1-August 1 is $800 per night.

August 1 to September 6 is $1,200 per night.

10% County of SB Transient Occupancy Tax for rentals under 30 days.

All rentals have a charge for cleaning, which is $250 for the entire house.
The cleaning deposit is non-refundable and due at time of payment.
A refundable damage deposit of $2,000 is due at time of payment.
All utilities, Internet,  Premium Cable TV charges are included. 
Check-in time for weekly rentals is 4 P.M. and check-out time is 11 A.M. unless special arrangements are made in advance.
