Vacation Rental Description

Large spacious Luxury 6 bed/4 bath (3 en suite) villa with extended  
south facing decking with 24x13 ft pool & 6 seater jacuzzi. Ideal  
for large or multi-family vacation. 
 
Dedicated GAMES ROOM with large pool table, Cable Tv,  
Playstation 2 and a Selection of books. 
 
 
Only 11 miles from Disney and close to prestigious golf courses  
such as Champions Gate Golf Course (where top professional  
golfers practice!) which is just 5 minutes away.  
 
 
 
Description  
6 bedroom /4 bathroom (3 queen en-suite) villa on two floors. 
 
POOL/DECK AREA 
The decking has been extended to accomodate large than normal pool  
with seperate hot tub whilst giving loads of room for sunbathing on  
the sumptuous padded loungers and chairs (enough seating for 14  
people).  
 
 
The decking is south facing - giving all day sunshine.

GAMES ROOM 
Keep the fun going after you leave the parks in our luxuriously  
furnished and fully equipped games room.

The family room overlooks and has access to the pool area, we have  
furnished it with three sofas, occassional tables, TV, VCR and DVD.  
There is also a formal dining room for those more special occasions. 
 
BEDROOMS 
 
The master bedroom has ensuite facilities with seperate bath and  
hower cubicle, plus large walk-in closet and a US king sized bed,  
large than UK king sized. 
 
Another master bedroom is en-suite with US queen sized bed.(UK  
King  
sized) 
 
A third master is en-suite with a bath and shower facility. 
 
Additional bathroom serves remaining bedrooms

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY 
For your convenience there is a full sized washing machine and  
tumble drier allowing you to cut down on the amount of clothes you  
bring leaving room in your cases for the wonderful bargains on offer  
in the shopping malls!  
 
The kitchen has a breakfast area, dishwasher, waste disposal,  
fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, full  
size cooker and lots of gadgets beside -especially the essential  
corkscrew!

Rates are fully inclusive of all Taxes, Electricity (Excluding pool

Rates start from $1050.00 low season, to $1400 high season.
