Vacation Rental Description

Casa Brava is a stunning new home just completed and available for
rent. Located above the town in an amazing jungle setting, Casa Brava
provides spectacular views of Sayulita, the ocean, and surrounding
mountains from every room.

Two-story main house sleeps four with two bedrooms and two baths,
incredible infinity edge pool and roof-top patio with wet bar. Guest
house sleeps 2 with one bedroom and one bath, outdoor patios and deck,
and private dipping pool with ocean views. When rented together, both
houses are ideal for three couples. A lower studio bedroom with studio
loft and outdoor view deck sleeps an additional 2 people.

All bedrooms feature king-sized beds with fine cotton linens and DVD
systems. Both main house and guest house are WiFi zones; high-speed
wireless internet use and all phone calls made to the States are
available at no cost. There is an extensive DVD library and CD
collection for your enjoyment. Kitchens are fully equipped, water
purification system ensures that all water/ice throughout the house is
clean and safe to drink.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is not designed to be safe for children
because it is built into a very steep hill and there are several areas
with open railings above high drop offs. One unprotected side of the
pool also sits above a high retaining wall. These elements make the
house spectacular for adults, but unfortunately, they are also
potentially dangerous for children.

Daily housekeeping and laundry service; English-speaking
gardener/caretaker available to answer any questions. The property is
extremely private and secure and only a ten-minute walk to both the
beach and the town square.
