sleeper sofas are used. 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with new king size
beds, 2 full tiled baths, Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances,
laundry room with washer and dryer, living room with entertainment center
containing 32" screen TV and DVD player, separate Florida room
(with sliding doors which can be closed for privacy and used for 4th
bedroom) with queen size sleeper sofa, and central air/heat.

Downstairs apartment with private entrance, features full kitchen, 1
bedroom with queen size bed, 1 full bath, den with queen sleeper
sofa, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, central air. Rentals include water (with
cap), gas, electric (with cap), wireless internet, and cable TV.

Outside features clean, wide canal for swimming or fishing, fish
cleaning station, concrete dock with lights and fresh water for
rinsing your boat, outside gas BBQ grill, covered parking, and
plenty of room for parking your boat trailer, quiet safe
neighborhood for walking. Take your drink of the day and walk to the end of the street for gorgeous sunsets over Florida Bay. This home features clean, comfortable furnishings including fresh linens, 4 TV's 2 DVD players, 2 washers,
2 dryers, 2 fully equipped kitchens with all new stainless steel
appliances up, game (checkers, backgammon) table, comfortable bedding and
tastefully furnished. Founders Park beach and boat ramps,
pool and tennis courts are just 2 miles West. "My Father's House" is
conveniently located at approximately MM 89, minutes to
the best fishing and finest restaurants in the Keys. Approximately
1 1/2 hours from Miami and 1 1/2 hours to Key West.

Father's House" you are right in the middle of everything. About an
hour and a half to Miami and the same to Key West. Islamorada boasts
the World's BEST fishing (and best seafood!) This is a clean
comfortable home right in the heart of the Keys in a friendly, safe
neighborhood. Popular Founders Park is located about 2 miles West (approx. MM 87) featuring a boat ramp, tennis courts, Olympic pool, sandy beach, ball fields,
walking paths and more. A daily fee applies to the amenities.

Weekly rentals at $1500 per week or monthly rentals beginning at
$3,000 per month. Holiday weeks and lobster week slightly more.
Refundable damage deposit $750 for weekly rentals and $1,500 for monthly
rentals. Departure cleaning fee $150. One half rental fee due with
reservation and balance including rental, damage deposit, tax and
cleaning fee due no later than 21 days prior to rental date.
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival receive full refund
of deposit. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival forfeit
deposit, unless property can be rented to others with no economic
loss to owner, in which case deposit will be refunded.
