Downstairs apartment with secure private entrance, features a full kitchen, 1
bedroom with queen size bed, 1 full bath, den with queen sleeper
sofa, washer/dryer, 2 TV's, central air. Rentals include water (with
cap), electric (with cap), wireless internet, and cable TV. Enclosed stairs outside with security gates.

Outside features wide canal with turning basin, fish from the dock, fish
cleaning station, concrete dock with lights and fresh water for
rinsing your boat, outside gas BBQ grill, covered parking, and

Monthly rentals beginning at $3,000 per month. Months with holidays or lobster week may be slightly more. Discounts for extended stays.
Refundable damage deposit $1,000 for monthly rentals. Departure cleaning fee $150. One half rental fee due with reservation and balance including rental, damage deposit, tax and cleaning fee due no later than 21 days prior to rental date. Cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival receive full refund
of deposit. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival forfeit
deposit, unless property can be rented to others with no economic
loss to owner, in which case deposit will be refunded.
