Vacation Rental Description

See the sunrise over pristine Ormond Beach from the balcony of this
beautiful 2 bedroom, 2-bath condominium. This 7th floor unit has a
panoramic view of the ocean from both the master bedroom and 
living/kitchen areas.  The secure high-rise building with under 
building parking is located in a quiet residential area of Ormond 
Beach Fl. a bedroom community next to Daytona Beach, only a 20 
minute 
drive to the Speedway and an easy drive to Orlando attractions and 
the Space Center. The beach is well suited for family activity as 
this semi-private beach is vehicle free. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has a King size bed & cable TV. It also has a picture 
window with a panoramic ocean view. Open the sliding glass doors to 
the gentle ocean breezes that will lull you to sleep at night or 
step 
out onto the balcony and watch the moonrise over the ocean. The 
bedroom comes with a full bath and an extra large walk in closet.   

The 2nd bedroom is decorated in a nautical theme. It is furnished 
with two double beds. It has an extra large walk in closet 
with a rollaway bed provided for an extra guest.
Extra linen is provided for both bedrooms along with plenty of 
towels 
and washcloths for the two bathrooms.  Second bathroom has large 
walk 
in shower. 
The kitchen is completely equipped, just like home, with all the 
following:
Microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. 
Toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots/pans and dishes, etc. is 
included.

Dining room table seats four with 3 bar stools for additional 
seating.

Living room is tastefully decorated with sofa, 3 recliners, and a
Entertainment center with cable TV & DVD . It has sliding glass 
doors that access the balcony and ocean views.

Unit is comfortably furnished and has been recently redecorated. 

There are ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms.

From the comfort of the balcony, enjoy watching the pelicans fly by 
or sit in the tall patio chairs and watch the sunrise over the 
ocean. 
You might even catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming or sea turtles 
nesting nearby! 

For your convenience a full size washer and dryer is located just 
outside the front door in a separate locked storage room.

The unit has 2 phones with local service only. For long distance you 
must use a calling card. 

We also provide beach chairs for your use.

Activities and Attractions

Enjoy miles of wide beautiful sandy beaches with the safety of 
the drive free beach. This is a great place to fish or sunbathe.
Swim in our sparkling clear oceanfront pool.
This is a perfect place for jogging, biking, running or just taking 
long walks and watching the many varieties of birds fishing in the 
surf.

Exercise room, sauna, and a small library with card playing room are 
in the Lobby area. The grounds are very well landscaped. 

Not included or on the property but close by you can enjoy: golfing, 
tennis, boating, intracoastal or off shore fishing, auto or dog 
racing, and miniature golf. Nearby Daytona Beach has a large flea 
market and shopping malls. There are a variety of great restaurants 
nearby. If you enjoy gambling there is even off shore gambling 
cruises for your pleasure. 
The Daytona Speedway is just 20 minutes away. Your only 10 minutes 
away from Daytona Beach attractions and 75 minutes from Orlando. 
Within 45 minutes you can be in St. Augustine, the nations oldest 
city. Cape Canaveral is also nearby. 
This is a great vacation spot for all ages.
Orlando Airport is about 75 minutes and Jacksonville airport is 90 
minutes away {all interstate highways}. Daytona airport is within a 
20 minutes drive.  

Vacation Rental Rates

April,May, $900/wk 
June, July, August $1,000/wk
September through December $875/wk or $1,950 per month.
January through April $2,150 per month.
Rental amount subject to 12.5 % tourism tax and a $70 cleaning 
fee.   
A $300 refundable security deposit is required for weekly rentals 
$500 for monthly rentals to hold reservations. 
A cancellation notice of 45 days required for weekly rental 90 days 
for monthly.
Check in on day of arrival after 3pm
Check out on day of departure by 10am

pricing please inquire. 
Please note this is a nonsmoking unit. No pets please.
