Vacation Rental Description

Located in the White Mountains, North Conway, NH. This condominium 
is in the beautiful and historic Stonehurst Village. Set on 33 
private acres, the Village boasts the quaint mountain lodge 
experience coupled with perfect access to shopping, local 
attractions and mountains. Located right on scenic Route 16, our 
condo is located in the prime section of the Manor grounds. Very 
secluded, wooded and quiet mountain experience! You will find our 
condo exceptionally clean, smoke free, fully furnished with linens, 
bedding, a fully equipped island kitchen, and washer and dryer. 
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with master bath, another 
bedroom with queen bed, and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds for 
children and/or extra guests. A dining room, living room, another 
den with wood-stove, flat screen TV, large loft area with pool table 
and more! 
Sliders to back deck with outdoor grill. 1900 square feet of living 
space.  
About Stonehurst Village: Tennis courts, and many quiet nooks in the 
spacious gardens for reading and relaxation. In winter, stay close 
to the huge fireplace in the Manor Lounge. Enjoy wood-fired stone 
oven pizza or dine in the gourmet restaurant. North Conway Village 
is in the heart of the Saco River Valley, surrounded by the majestic 
beauty of the Presidential Range and 6,288' Mt. Washington. Along 
with the towns of Jackson and Bartlett, the area boasts a huge 
variety of both natural and man made attractions and activities. 
Stonehurst Village is one mile north of North Conway Village on a 
very private 30 acres of pine woods and scenic vistas.

laundry room with washer and dryer. 1/2 bath Second Floor: Very 
large loft with pool table and open railings!

$1200 full week
$250 per night (3 night minimum)

Let me know what dates you are interested in. I will respond with 
availability and total cost. 50% is required to reserve the dates 
and can be paid over the phone or online via debit/credit card. 
After receipt of deposit, your dates will be reserved and your 
rental contract will follow via email. The balance is due 30 days 
prior to check in. 
One week prior to check in I will email your check in instructions 
which include directions, unit map, and access code to the front 
door. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am.
