community of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island on Florida's gulf
coast.
Both units are located in the same building with the white sandy
beach of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away. Rent one or both
depending on your needs.
Both are fully equipped, one bedroom condominiums and can sleep up
to four people comfortably. They are tastefully decorated in Florida
colors, and are equipped for all of your needs.

St. Petersburg Pier and Harbor with museums and vacation cruises.
Sports fans can enjoy football at Raymond James Stadium the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, or hockey at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, both just 30 minutes away. Baseball with the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field is only 20 minutes away. Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium are also 30 minutes away as is Tampa International Airport. You are just 90
minutes from Orlando's Disney World, Epcot, and Universal Studios.

Rates are subject to 12% Florida tax. A reservation/security deposit
must be received to hold your reservation along with a signed rental
agreement. Your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your
departure less any damages and $60 cleaning fee. Deposits and rental
rates can be forwarded in the form of a bank check or money order.
