townhome in Park Plazas — in the southern part of Santa Fe, offers
weekly and monthly rentals (ask about our special monthly rate) to
accommodate your short visit or extended stay.

Casa Carmela has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full
kitchen, separate dining and living room with kiva fireplace.  Also, cable television, wireless high-speed internet,
washer/dryer, enclosed courtyard (great for pets) and double garage. The master
bedroom has a king bed with colorful and stylish southwestern
furnishings; the second bedroom has a queen bed and is next to a hall
bath.  Extra sleeping space is provided by a living room full size sleeper-sofa. 

From the living area there is a door leading to the
covered patio (with table and chairs) and the enclosed, landscaped courtyard with a winter
view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains...perfect for your outdoor
dining in Santa Fe’s forever-sun. The well-equipped kitchen
will provide for all your kitchen needs when you are not dining out
in one of Santa Fe’s world-class restaurants!

Casa Carmela is located in Park Plazas, which is a spacious and
friendly garden community of duplex one-story homes, clustered
around small cul-de-sacs with  8 miles of walking paths. You can walk
to restaurants, a coffee house and several other
stores.

A 2-minute drive takes you to the marvelous Chavez Center,
with its state-of-the-art indoor Olympic sized pool and ice skating
rink. Many other facilities are located there as well, such as
basketball court, gym, aerobic classes and sauna. Santa Fe Place
Mall is a short 3-minute-drive, and a 12-minute drive takes you to
the Santa Fe Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe life.

Santa Fe is the only year-round “destination” vacation spot in New
Mexico. Many visitors return year after year, to experience the
wonderful cultural offerings, enjoy the fabulous summer opera and

Casa Carmela is available throughout the year, and rates vary from
$900 to $1600 per week according to season, length of stay and number
of guests. Regular season rates run $1800-$2000 monthly. High
season (July, August, and Christmas Holiday) monthly is $3000. Let us know when you
