June through August weekly rental only
- SUMMER/HOLIDAY - June 2 through June 30; $1200 per week only -- June 30 through September 1 2013 and Christmas week: $1,900 per week (Sunday to Sunday for summer)
- FALL/WINTER/SPRING - September through May: $600 for 3 days (min), $150 per additional day, $1,200 per week
- One half of rent plus security deposit ($150) due to reserve date, remaining rental fee due by May 1st for summer rentals, 1 month in advance for all others.
- $100 cleaning fee - sheets and towels available for extra fee.

- No smoking, additional fees per additonal guest over 6 guests
